Workshop description

Singing in a choir or chorus, it’s easy to develop habits that constrict our singing instrument or even wreck permanent damage on our voices.  Dr. Robert Glor, with over 30 years of experience working with adults and school-age singers, has extensive experience in diagnosing and correcting the problems of individual choral singers as well as entire ensembles.  His techniques have been proven in the community chorus rehearsal rooms, the church choir rooms, and the classrooms.

During the workshop, we will work together on a piece, and have extended time for Q&A and demonstration of diagnosis and correction of singer problems and issues.  If you’re a church choir singer, a singer in a community chorus, a director, a teacher, or just wonder what it might be like to sing in a group, this workshop will provide you with practical information you can immediately put to use.  Improve your singing, the singing of your chorus or students, and get more joy out of the effort you expend.
